We recommended washing in cold and hanging to dry. You can also tumble dry on low. Although that is recommended, we take pride in our products being durable. A classic wash and dry cycle won’t do any harm.

Vi&Jax offers multiple methods of shipping. 

Lettermail packages are untracked, uninsured, and can fit a maximum of two (2) items per pack for a shipping fee of $6.00 CAD. Multiple lettermail orders will ship separately, and the lettermail shipping fee applies for each purchase of 2 items maximum. These items may arrive at different times and this is beyond our control. Lost or stolen lettermail items do occasionally happen, and we cannot offer refunds for missing items that are untracked. Larger items (blankets, adult clothing, or as otherwise stated) must go tracked due to size and weight. 

Tracked shipping is available at a flat rate of $18.00 CAD or free over purchases of $200.00 CAD before taxes, and after discounts. 

Courier shipping is available for $20.00 and is often faster than Canada Post if needing to rush a package.

Once a package is confirmed shipped, we can no longer claim responsibility for any issues regarding the postal system. We can, however, locate your package and provide you with all the details that are available to us.  

Pick up spots are always offered for free. What does this mean? Your orders will be packed and held until the pick up box (shipped via courier) is full, and will then travel to your chosen location. Upon arrival, your pick up host will contact you to pick up your items.   

Addresses cannot be changed once your order is processed. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct. 

We ship within one week of items being completed. Note that pick up spots are held until full, and therefore ship later than other packages.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as everything is made to order for you.

However, in specific cases, such as a flaw or defect, we will fix your product at no charge. Please contact us to arrange shipping in this scenario. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and you must be the first owner of the product, as we cannot guarantee the way a second hand item was worn.

Order cancellations are not permitted. In the event of an unfortunate circumstance, contact us directly to discuss a resolution. In the event that a cancellation is issued, orders are subject to a cancellation fee.
